Technical Source For Yellow Spark Plug Wire

    Looking for yellow cloth 7MM wire for Flattie. Where do you guys get that stuff?

    Nice goin' JEFF!!!!! I was looking for this wire (RED!) and more Rajah terminals. (My Rajah collection was stolen with many flathead goodies, including my fresh 284" 59L engine and '37 Lincoln box.)
    But now, a friend has given me another engine. Thanks for the valuable info!

    I see.... you wanted cloth wire... the other thread was confusing , everyone thought you were talking silicone yellow. I deleted the other thread. good luck

  6. ORANGE SHELLAC.......
    Another thing you can try is old style "orange" shellac on your cloth covered wires. . We put a set of yellow cloth covered plug wires on our 49 flathead. It looked OK but the light yellow looked way anemic. Didn't have that visual "pop".
    Picked up a can of old style Bulls Eye orange shellac. Can actually says "Amber" color. You can brush it on or actually dip the wire into the can. Darkens the color. Works on other color cloth wires.
