My cool wall hanger. P***es up a set of REO feame rails that were pretty nice but I have no use for. Also saw an interest set of hubcaps with the name Mcqualey or something like that. The seller had no idea what they were from.[IMG][IMG]

I don't think so. I'm pretty sure it was McQ something.

Is that from a quick change rear diff or the back of a blower casing?

There is nothing close to a Mcqualey in the Motorcar Encyclopedia. Years ago some aftermarket suppliers made parts but could not use names like Ford or Chevrolet. I have seen hubcaps with the logo "Fool" and "Frad" for Ford etc. Perhaps the hubcaps you saw were Mcqualey in place of Mercury.

Could be McQuay Norris? They made lots of parts. Even built a streamlined car based on a Ford.

I went back and bought the hubcaps. The name is McQuerry. I think they make horse trailers. They are rough but they were cheap.[IMG]

I almost bought those damn 1920s REO framerails too! Only wanted $250 but they must have been 12 feet long and my truck only has a 5 foot bed. But I have his info if I lose sleep over p***ing on them, which is very likely. Oh well, he only lives in NJ.

Some good finds. I purchased 45 fin Buick drums w hubs and a sweet old porcelain thermometer. Also picked up some hot rod shocks and an old drive in theater speaker.
