That drawing style reminds me so much of the very old MTV type video "Take On Me" with old board track racing motorcycles...same feel?.. kinda?

    Hello,
Ever since 1959, when we went to Riverside Raceway to see the top West Coast racers go against the top racers from the East, we have been impressed with the Chrisman Bros. (Two brothers...what a concept.) Their fast FED was one of the best in the West and set top speed records in So Cal. It was not only a race car, but a full bodied, immaculately detailed car ready for any car show or presentation. The two teenagers from Long Beach were highly impressed with that race car and the build.

In person, this FED was just as good as the Drag News paper portrayed the race car. It was the fine detailing that made it stand out. It was fun filming this race car every chance I got. (The pits, the trial runs, the eliminations...etc.) The film will show...there was a big discrepancy in the Final start line techniques that should not have been allowed to start.

Thank you Art Chrisman for the inspiration to add fine detailing to any build. That Hustler race car was very impressive.

  24. THANKS {MrExcite}, I had to look up what a cad model is. ;)LOL Here's a couple I made from a couple of old **** Tracy toy cars. They're Low tech, but were still a lot fun to build. Ron... 20180427_192009.jpg 20180427_191802.jpg

I'm not one to tell artists what they should have done with their artwork, the work presented
here is quite impressive and I look forward to each Friday's submissions. I dig your photos,
though I wish they were shown with a border, as a finished piece. I guess I'm saying that those of us displaying photos as art need to take an extra step. By the way, the roadster photo is killer.
