Ok Paul here ya go. I went out to Marshall's yesterday and we dropped the motor Tony built into it and threw the hood, grill, and lights on it and rolled it out in the sunny Halloween weather for a few pics. This is how it will look for the most part with maybe an inch or so higher in the rear. The bad news is the shop I built is way over budget and the '33 will have to sit for awhile until my bank acct. recovers. But it put a big smile on my face to see it in this stage out in the sun.
Thanks guys, means a lot. Hey Tony, been busy. Got to see the motor for the first time in person. Very sweet! But Marshall couldn't find the S&H aircleaners in the crate.
That little Olds is sweet as hell. The rest of the car looks great too. You haven't messed anything up yet. Looks like yours will be done about the same time as mine...we will have to line 'em up..... Nice work, -Abone.
I know it's been a long time , but sometimes life gets in the way, plans change and ownership changes. I'm happy to see this car finally getting done and glad the new owner is having me finish it. Mark did a good job planning the first part and except for the color change it's the same plan Mark had.
I hope Mark is well, I haven't seen him in a long time. The car looks killer, glad it is getting finished. -Abone.
