Those aren't Keystone Classics. Keystone may have made them, but Classics (I think it's actually spelled with a K on the caps, Klassics) look like this. I like the ones you have better than the Klassics, just not sure what they're called.
Yeah-Lux thinks they may be Cragar SS's with Keystone caps? Buzz-@ $50 a wheel, they're cheaper than pretty much anything!
Keystone made all kinds of wheels, including ones that look like yours, basically a Cragar S/S knockoff, but they had different names for them. Yours could be Keystone wheels, just not Keystone Klassics. Do they actually say Classic or Klassic on them anywhere? I bet they're just a different style of Keystone wheel. Cool, kinda unusual 'cuz they're keystones.
nice. glad to see you got 'em. They're Keystone Raiders. They were the Keystone version of the Cragar SS. They have a different shaped spoke and the hub area is more of a webbed shape instead of round. They're extra special because of that crazy reverse offset. The JC will look right outta 1969. Now you might wanna think about adding some cobwebbed panels!!!
"Freedom ROck!!! Turn it up man!!" They look like Cragar SS's, but there's something that doesn't look right to me... the spokes look a little too curvy. Do you have a 70's van you can put them on?
Yeah sorry-rare Keystone Raiders. Here's a quickie PS-think about an inch bigger though all around... No cobwebs cuz I don't think LUX does laquer-think green pearl panels over white
How/where did you win them? Back alley dice game? The lady's second Thursday of the month bingo and luncheon? World largest Cracker Jack box?
Well dude.. I think those look pretty cool.. even if it is your car... Skinny w hites? blackwalls? bags?
Back alley dice game sounds alot cooler than Ebay pinner whites for sure; blackwalls would look straight up 70's rod. As for juice or bags, it's gotta wait 'til I pay some bills...
Even just rear bags could be way cool.. and save you some bill money... although Im not sure how much OTHER shit would have to be modified on that Xframe...those seem like a PITA... Im liking that thing more and more.. whens the "real" paint happening? Gable
I was going to say something about those weights too. It's in the details... The photoshop looks good. Definately going to give the car a bit more attitude.
Those would look great on my '63 panel. I've thought about trying to find a set to fit the 4 1/2" Dodge bolt pattern.
Love them! Personally, I think a lot of the cragar SS "knockoffs" were better looking than the cragars. Appliance made some really good looking ones too. Growing up, I used to see cragar SS all over the place, but they seem to be all gone now. You'd think there would be piles of them laying around..
they look like a bastard child resulting from a craigers one night stand with an astro supreme...... in a good way
Crager s/s wheels were chromed so lots of them were trashed when the chrome started peeling off. They were bad about that.
