I like to repurpose stuff when possible. Ericsson wall phone converted into a doorbell. Custom ringer circuit drives the phone's bells Sent from my SM-G950U using The H.A.M.B. mobile app
1948 Western Electric metal cover 302. Called a "Lucy" phone because it was the phone model used on I love Lucy. This one is functional and luckily still works with my phone provider's service. If you want a hoot ask a young kid to make a call on it. They try to push the numbers. Sent from my SM-G950U using The H.A.M.B. mobile app

I don't really collect phones, but I bought this "candlestick" phone at a yard sale a few years ago. The only markings on it are stamped on the rear of the mouth piece: "STROMBERG-CARLSON TEL MFG CO. ROCHESTER, NY USA" The screw on mouthpiece is missing from the handset and I'm wondering if there's any place to purchase an original or reproduction piece for it ? Thanks for any leads you may be able to give to me. -Bob 0606181148 by TagMan, on Flickr
