This is a Texas, New Mexico no rust car! Great running flat motor with three speed and overdrive...even the 6 volt AM radio works. All gauges work too. Nice repaint of original colors with new Bias-look radial whitewalls from Coker Tire. No smoke or oil leaks and it starts with just a touch of the starter ****on hot or cold...new reconditioned carb and all original upholstery ...clock shows 57K miles and I believe it but can't do***ent it. Drive great and gets really good gas mileage (19 mpg) $31,500 Don't want any trades or any help selling!
All the heater/defrost control cables work nice and it has new rubber seals and gaskets on the heater and air vents as well...nice car! Two six volt Optima batteries for extra power.
This is the nicest stock '49 Merc I have seen in years...how about the price? Let me know how it stacks up...Thanks, ******* in New Mexico.
