I would say the O.P. is peeved because nobody took it seriously and turned the thread into something that makes people smile and spit their coffee all over the keyboard. Guilty as charged and now back to the program whatever that was.

 

In all seriousness, the OP fell victim to his own pet peeve, hoisting ones own petard or something like that.

Generally people ****, just some more than others. Some try not to **** yet they fall short sometimes, some people try to **** and they know they are pretty good at it, some don't know they **** as people. " there is non who are righteous, no not one".

So on the Internet here,,,, a person who can't bother to do his own little bit of research to at least ask an intelligent question come here looking for help. Then to expect that very same lazy person to come back and report the issue??? How can anyone expect common courtesy from someone who has little if any common sense??? Start a thread " Hey everyone, my ******* are in a knot because people don't do what I think they should do" is really going to solve it.

 

Very true 31Vicky. There are books upon books written of said self issue's.

 

My only other pet peeve is I’m travelin down the road and i’m flirtin with disaster.

I don’t understand “rant threads”. Never did, just seems like a lot of whining, which then inspires a bunch more whiners to
get on board.
But I gotta say that this one turned out better than average.

Seats? Who cares? Mine is having to duck walk to go get a new roll because "someone" was too lazy to put a new one on.

Toilet paper is a good example.

I've noticed that the manufacturers of retail products keep reducing the size of their packages in clever ways, so it looks "full size" but it ain't. Dished out bottoms, round container, square box. Yeah, no I'll never notice right? Jeeze. Well toilet paper is no exception. A roll is fully 1" shorter in width than it was just a few years ago. Give it a few more and it'll look like a ****in' roll of masking tape, guaranteed. ****ers.
