Technical schiefer magneto rotor photo

    checking to see if any of you can send a photo of what a schiefer magneto rotor look like .here is mine
    I cant seem to get spark to the 8 wires .I do have plenty of spark to the coil cap.has to be the rotor.
    could use some help please thanks.

    I have one but it's put away in boxes since I moved to a new shop. It may take a while but when I find it I will get back to you.

    I believe the body is the same as the harman collins mag. The correct rotor is sold here. I just got one and it's NICE. Says harman Collins on it like the originals. http://www.ebay.com/itm/141989358854

    There is also a replica "dual coil" rotor that was made for the harman Collins dual coil stock ford style distributors. Yours looks like a single coil version, which may work.

    Your distributor cap might be way too tall. Measure from where the cap contacts the body of the mag up to your rotor position. Then put a tape measure inside the cap and see if your cap is too deep. You could try using a ford crab cap.

    isn't the cap used on some production cars?
