here is a pic of my dads coupe/sedan street rod....Its a 36 mated with a 94 tbird.

 

There's a very nice one in the current issue of American Rodder.

 

Though not a Zep, the paint on this thing kills me. It's a glass body with rust! Anyone know any more details?

 

That patina'ed Zephyr is mine. I have lots of answers to lots of questions on finding parts, etc, so feel free to PM me and we can chat.

skullcracker, you can be damn sure that I'll start to ask stupid questions. Bought '36 Zephyr fourdoor few times ago and I'm gonna pick it to my garage rather soon so after that I'll start to tease you with my questions

 

Skullcracker...the Coast to Coast 'glas body (second from right in first set of photos)...is that yours? That AIN'T a Zephyr...Or the bottom one second from the right?

That all 'glass bodied one is a suppose to look '37 Ford. It is one of them high dollar ones that Boyds puts out or something like that. I saw it at MoonEyes X-mas show and locally at Bob's in Toluca Lake too. The guy made it look all patina and rat rod looking. Pretty impressive but I don't care for it when ya see it up close. Nothing is better than metal and they never did make a '37 Ford Coupe. KNUX!

I love that 37 that Mercury Charlie built...I can't wait to see it "finished", but I hate to see it lose the patina.

i am the proud owner of a 37 zephyr coupe. i have owned it since 1999 and have had a great time buildiing it from a pile of shit.
