My roadster, pretty much stock but has a reversed eye front spring, 16" solids with 600 and 700 Firestones and a flat-top Mallory.

 

Wanted to show my pickup truck it's running a model a motor bored 60 over twin 81 red headers price 61 aluminum head through a 5-speedTo a Derek Thompson quick change rear

 

SO give us more details here. You've reversed the spring eye's up front and swapped to a T spring in the rear, what else have you done to get the stance it's got now?

 

Alright, I'm tagging this one to my thread on Washington Blue paint. Beautiful little T!

 

I removed the number 2 leaf in the T spring, other than the modifications that I have mentioned in previous posts, that's it. Everything that has been done is covered in my build thread. Gathering up the parts to convert to hydraulic brakes, I've got the loaded '40 Ford backing plates & hubs. Will purchase the drums and master cylinder new. Probably get them installed in the next couple of weeks.

27 roadster on a model A chassis. Motor is fairly stock, has oversized intake valves, windfield head, touring cam and a single Stromberg 97. Stock transmission and rear axle. Friends 30 roadster pick-up all stock.

 

OHV, you nailed it with the truck. Absolutely love it.

Some beautiful stuff here, WOW! It's nice seeing all the different banger coupes, roadsters, speedsters, p/u, T's, A's Deuces, etc and so many at a lot of these events! I need to plan some vacation time around some of these.

I pass my ol dude in the garage every day before work. I give a pat every time I pass him.....<<heavy sigh>>.....but hopefully I'll be back on track to spend quality time getting the Pyle Spcl. back on the road.

Is this a banger? It’s my project brass t speedster. Scat crank, stipe cam, hc pistons, fully balanced including trans and triple gears. Going fenderless. Btw my first post here. I’m Dave. I like modifying ancient fords. 34 years old and live in western Massachusetts.

My recent purchase - now being being cleaned, repaired, modified. Model B engine and trans with old Thomas head and dual carb manifold, Mallory distributor. Needs some good tube headers...
