Again no work on the diecast roadsters this week. I am working on a bathroom renovation, so I have been doing something productive!.
Here is a couple of images from way back.
A 3 window that I must finish some day and an impromptu diorama. How would you like to stumble on this pile of vintage tin/plastic . Geoff aka whodaky

I don't have much time to build so I only get about 1 done a year now. Here is one I did about 3 years ago.
36 Ford coupe turned Roadster using the top from Boyds Smoothster and the driveline/suspension and interior from several corvette kits.
The rear fenders were extended and peaked slightly with the rear pan from one of the Vettes turned updside down made into a rolled pan.

Ok I no it's not a rod but a 65 stang comes close. I built it for a NNL about 10 or so years ago. Back then the spun alloy wheels had just arived on the scene and I had to have a set photo etch disc brakes and I opend the boot and hinged it so i could put some big ass amps and a nos bottel in. 1000 hp kb with a alloy bug catcher done the trick.
    Sorry it's not a rod!!!!!:(

Sorry I'm late. Just started on this yesterday. Might be done by the next model post though. Anyone else REALLY like that Tardel built pickup in the latest R&C?
