I love those Mercury covers!! I first saw them last summer at the local cruise night and fell in love right there!!
They would look so cool on a Model A.

just ran out to take these pics... I did want this car out there for the 4th...but since a guy called from C/L to buy some old junk, I put it out at mid afternoon so he could find my place...on...Route 32! Lol..

I painted it up like this for the recent Memorial Day parade, because a Korean war Vet wanted a doodlebug in this years parade, and he is in charge of getting cars to be there. So I brought two, for him, and the crowd loved them..and although he was busy before the parade started, I went to tell him that I painted this one just for him.

I just remembered that exactly one year ago today, I got released from the Mental health hospital that found my Lyme, when the other hospital failed me.. "Good to be home, and still here".

Hate to admit it but I have forgotten my sister's birthday, and we are twins.

Hello,
This blue is like the ocean nearby. When the sun shines on the ocean anywhere, it depends on what is on the bottom, the surface and color of the sand. For some reason, most of the time (except during summer/winter storms) the waters of the So Cal Pacific Ocean is this color of blue.

Sorry, I jumped the gun on the theme of Red, White and Blue. This excellent version of a white roadster is always ***ociated with one of the finest builds in all of drag racing and car shows. Scotty's Muffler (Ardun powered)Roadster... It has been in plenty of magazines and newspapers. The build is immaculate.

We saw it in person at Riverside Raceway back in 1959, getting ready for some drag racing action. It was/is a beauty.
