Those pictures of the two cars together are really way too cool. They look like they just stepped out of a '50 magazine.

I haven't been on the HAMB much lately, for reasons beyond my control, so this is my first time to see this post. Woke up in a crappy mood today but those pictures really got me going, totally changed my attitude for the day.:)

By the way. I think we all proudly flaunt our HAMB affiliation wherever we go. This place, and the people who hang out together here, are totally freakin awesome.

Thanks for the thought Sodbuster, but we'd be hard pressed to get the motor back in, by the Indy race. It's nice to know somebody remembers that there are more than two cars in the class.

Here's a shot from last fall. In the next couple of months, you can expect to see a lighter, faster car that's maybe a little better looking.

The Okie Old Boys can have the glory for now. I'm sure they will be spreading the gospel.

  4. There goes the neighborhood now. Now were going to get an influx of Goodguy'ers in here. :) I feel like my secret club house has been exposed.

As for the H.A.M.B. at the Goodguys event? Wow. That's almost like having "The Fonzi" (Happy Days) at the Prestigous (sp?) High School Prom. Congrats.

I wonder if invitations like this will spread across the country...or maybe the class growing in leaps and bound

This sounds like fun. Now, if they are the "GOOD GUYS", I guess we know what that makes us.

We should wear black hats and bandaleros.

I just asked Larry the race director about it, and yes, he's going to try to get you guys at least two runs each day if the race gods permits (no rain, no oildowns, etc.).
