Hot Rods Who's running a Caddy in their Hot Rod ??

I'm still trying to find a comparable aftermarket rod for my 390.

 

I did stretch the frame almost 2" to get the motor to fit without cutting the firewall. The owner of the car needs all the foot well room we can get.

Incase you guys haven't seen, Matt from Gear Drive Headers is casting some 4 x 2, and 471 intakes for Caddy's !!!!!!!!!!

I had a 331 in a 37 ford pickup but somebody wanted it real bad and i sold it. I’m thinking of building another one after i finish my model a

 

I don't see the blower manifolds for Cads....

My 37 Ford with a 331 block bored and stroked to 400 cubes . Crankshaft Co. stroker kit , 12:1 compression , Crane ultra hi-rpm drag cam , Smith adjustable push rods , 57 tri carb. manifold , 57 heads ported and polished , Jacobs ignition , Scheifer 11" clutch , Muncie 4 speed wide ratio, Olds. 3.42 rear . First intake was a Horne 4 carb. second was a Hilborn Injection , third tri -power .
