This is an addendum thread to "Looking for mom's T-Bird." Does anyone have a phone number or e-mail address for THE Larry Watson? I need to get a hold of him to find THIS CAR. Thanks and happy holidays. Tiff Edwards
What I hear, from one of the few people that Larry will talk to, is he has taken great lengths to not be bothered by people. He is really busy getting his museum put together, and really doesnt want to be bothered until its done. Supposed to be next year sometime. Perhaps you'll have better luck with him.
find a copy of the kkoa trendsetter news letter-- he always has a ad in there with a address and maybe a phone number.
So Someone else just sent a PM giving me the low down. Guess it's next year then. In the meantime, I'M STILL LOOKING FOR THE T-BIRD! Seen it?!!!!!!!!
ive always wanted to contact Larry Watson just to show him this car i built and say THANKS for the inspiration and see if he thought it was cool enuff,,cuz his style has made a mjor impact on me,,,thanks Larry!===>>>>
Nice addendum... Unless Larry Watson is living in the back of Kenneth Howard's bus, somewhere... if a babe from Hawaii is looking for him, he'll be found. ... I know I would be. JOE
THANKS Joe aka Junkyard Dog 32 for the compliment, and THAT IS A CHERRY CAR, Turd Burgler... Hmmm... Must be an interesting story that goes with that name... Nevertheless, TELL ALL YOUR FRIENDS I'm looking for THE Larry Watson-scaLLoped 58 T-Bird depicted in the attached photo! Thanks ahead.
Hey, just trying to bring this thread to the forefront... Does anybody know how I can get a hold of Larry Watson? Or find the depicted T-Bird? Thanks ahead...
He used to have a shop on Hamner in Norco. Did he move? It's next door to Hot Rod's of Norco. Maybe that helps?
That is actually Dave Whittle's shop now. I know Larry used to share shop space with Dave. Sometimes Larry still stops by there. Or at least he used to a few years ago.
sorry tiffany but i gotta say this is one bad ass car i dont care if larry likes it or not i do. not that i amount to anything compared to the great watson, but you'll understand.
Tiffany, have you considered building a clone? Sadly, if you do find the original the watson paint may or may not still be intact...
