Look what I found in a 100 year old barn (lots of pics)

This weekend I went to go see a 63 Impala that was for sale just outside of town. Check out what was in this guys barn. I would have taken more pics but the battery in my camera died.

The 'Engine room'. It was too dark and all fenced in, but there was some big block chevs including at least 2 409's on the floor.

 

LOOKS LIKE THE SAME OLD SHIT!! doesn't everyone have a shop/barn like that? did you buy the 63?

Everything was for sale. This dude is very cool, a real hot rodder. He has at least 40 cars and trucks all over the place. I'm going to go back and take more pics.

He let me roam all over the place and snap away!

As for the 63, he told me he'd get back to me on wednesday with a price.

I took a tour of a couple of barns near Fergus and they were full of old trucks and cars.A third barn was full of parts!I was on the prowl for a rear fender for my 40 Olds coupe at the time.I remember a nice 65 Chevelle I would have liked to have....

thank goodness that mad cow disease has allowed this barn space to be put to better use... the guy isnt a vegan yet as the stalls and stanchions have not been removed... the cows may come home...
