  1. Might as well add my old 59, sold and it went to Sweden:

and my old 60 that sold and went to New Zealand. This was more of a beater, but still fun:

got these two 1960's for $500.00 about 13 years ago. removed all the AC parts from the black one, sold the AC for $500.00, then sold the roller for $1500.00. which sounds incredibly cheap as it was a good solid builder. parted the white one to the tune of $3500.00 on ebay before they began to suck. it was all rusted to shit from the inside out. 60 ElCamino (8).JPG 60 ElCamino (9).JPG

I was curious about what a '64 would look like with a set of traditional Cragar wheels on it. Now I know and they look really nice with the red-stripes on the tires.

I cleaned my yesterday, filled it up with gas and took it for a long drive. Stopped at the store, came out and it was spewing gas from the filler tube. I parked it with the driver's side facing the sun and it was 96F outside. Got it cooled off and the pressure subsided before I parked it.

I did the same thing with my '35 Ford, filled it will gas, parked it on the lift, garage door open and the sun beating down on it. Gas flowed from the overflow tube and onto the floor. Kitty litter and foo-foo smelling floor cleaner to soak it up and get rid of the strong gas smell. This morning will clean it all up.

I bought it in the early 60's - it was a stick 6 - So I found a Tri powered 1960 Pontiac w/4 speed and put it in. Tore the tork arm out of the frame (fixed that ) and a great truck.

I bought the truck in the early 60's but it was a stick 6 . So I found a tri powered Pontiac w/4 speed and put it in . But that tore the tork arm out of the rear (twice) Fixed that and it was a great truck. Tognarelli_S_0185.jpg Tognarelli_S_0184.jpg Tognarelli_S_0183.jpg Tognarelli_S_0197.jpg

    Ooooh! I like this one!

I may be wrong, but I think the molded fenders and extended (downward) skirts may actually be factory stock on these cars!
Such a cool look. Far nicer than any stateside Chevy treatment.
