Looks like a tub to me.

There's no door hinges for the rear doors, and what appears to be a gas cap in the 1/4 panel, so I think it's a Roadster too.

My Dad had one of these right after WWII during gas rationing, pretty good little car. His was a roadster Pickup.

 

I think this belongs to a friend of mine from B.C.
