This picture is too cool, been to this old school house a dozen times. The last picture is just cool and my contribution to the Los Boulevardos C.C (dont know who the artist is)

You would not believe how much time I just wasted looking for a certain picture of my old Chevy Wagon in front of the Star Drive In down in Taunton, MA.
Of course I could not find the picture I was looking for but I did find these.




These next 2 came from an old mom and pop style "amusement" park (before the days of 6 flags and the like) in Whitman, MA that my aunt used to take me to all the time.
Its all gone now in favor of a supermarket but I did manage to sneak in there a few years ago and grab some photos.
These dragons used to spit fire from the mouths and any kid skilled enough (or dumb enough) could climb right up on the head.
These days I kind of get the feeling some safety agency would have something to say.

 

The 34 was not mine but later owned the 48 conv, that was back in 54, wow that was over 50 years ago

 

wow...I sit here and by the second page can hardly see the screen. I don't know who you are graverobber63, but quite simply you have brought me back. You f'n rule!!! I guess it's like that kick in the ass we need now and then.

So much is happening in this house right now, as my wife saw me looking at this thread and how much it has affected me...my Dad raised me this way, the hot rods and racing, my Dad's friends and my Uncles up late every night building and bench racing. I had that for awhile, and lost it, the good times I could have been spending with my two closest bud's. No wonder they don't call. Yeah half ass buying parts now and then, but haven't raced in three years now, they just slipped by. I have been so into my job, which is good for the money, new home blah blah blah? but if you're missing your wife and friendships, neglecting who you are? then it's all for naught. She misses it as much as I.
