1, ok I'm starting to set up my steering gear ***embly. I'm running a 605 power gear and was wondering if anyone knows of a pitman arm application that is basically flat ? The 605 power gear is the same as the 525 manual gear but I haven't found a good flat pitman arm for either. So I was hoping someone might know of a stock application that I might be able to use.

2, has anyone used the new empi 9350 shocks? They are 9_5/8", 14_1/2" but the are NOT gas charged. These seem like they would be perfect for a light car like our old hot rods. Just wondering if anyone has heard anything about their quality or feel.

I was thinking I saw a flat pitman arm in Speedway's catalog, but maybe not?

    Thanks for the replies gents!

I broke down and ordered 4 of the empi 9650 shocks. Hopefully they are a decent quality item.

I bought a threaded insert for a job a few years ago. It came with four MSDS sheets.

I'm not aware of a stock pitman arm that is flat.HRP
    Holy Cow!

I can see it doing some damage to the reproductive system if used as a *** toy but how would it cause cancer?

That is the most idiotic thing I've seen lately. HRP

  11. Anything you grind and snort can cause cancer. It is California after all.

Those of us a certain age aren't so easily fooled. But the younger people, womenfolk and horses have been hammered with that **** since day 1 and it scares the hell out of them. I saw someone post on a music forum - they were really worried about lead poisoning from their vinyl record cleaning solution. WTF? It is supplied in a little 2oz. bottle. Well, it's mostly water, right? Yep, it gets the Cali label on it. ****ers.

And to think we grew up with lead paint, no seatbelts, steel dashboards etc.

If you want to find a flat pitman arm look under a few of the 70's and early 80's jeeps the Saginaw 122's had the small bore for the manual and big hole for power steering. I have a 122 box and flat arm on my A.
