Any other HAMBer's going to Lawrence KS, May 26,27,28 for the Kruisin' the Heartland shindig? I'm registered for the swap meet. As a side point, anyone from the KC area going that has a truck/station wagon/van that would want to help me haul my stuff over there? I'd at least pay the gas and entry fee for anyone willing to volunteer . I'll have to beg borrow or steal a truck otherwise- or rent one.
I'm goin, driving the roadster. I think most the rest of the Roadburner's will be there too. We had a great time last year. The Knucklebuster's are a very cool bunch. Gary
Its the end of busy season for flower bulbs, otherwise I could use my step-dad's trailer. I'll see ya there, though.
The Bumpkinville chapter of the Road Burners will be there. Still thrashin' on the new project. I took it down the highway for the first time yesterday. Let's just say the Karls Kustom Short Bus is almost road-worthy. Sorry Warbozz, but we're going to be pretty packed that weekend, any other time you'd be more than welcome to some prime panel truck real estate.
Some of the Kats will be kruzin up this year. The Kruisin' The Heartland was my favorite show last year. I cannot wait to see how year two will turn out. We are leaving late Friday or early Saturday. Looking forward to seeing ya Gary and the rest of the Roadburners. Below is my favorite picture from last years show. See ya HAMBers next weekend...... Happy Trails, Mick
Say where in Lawrence is the Kruisin' The Heartland? Moving back to the KC area and am hauling a load back that weekend, might have to take a detour!
As a member of the Missouri chapter of the Knucklebusters, I will be there helping out in some way. If I can haul something out for you warbozz, call me. I still need to get that valve cover over to you... r
Yep, The RoadBurners will be there in full force minus one. Looking forward to it. Had a blast last year. See you all there!!!!
I'm going to have a '$1.00' table with assorted odds-n-ends for a buck each. 1930's-'40's vintage spark plug keychains, assorted door handles/window cranks, 1960's Hemmings mags, etc., etc., etc. Also vibratory finished aluminum parts and as much 1928-'48 stuff as I can haul. Drop by and say 'Hi'.
Nope, I know you're gonna make it. Are you heading down Fri or Sat?? We need to form a meeting plan. Later
Krap!!! My white walls are separating from my tires. Less than 10K miles on them. So it looks like I'll be there in black walls........... One way or the other I'll be there. Happy Trails, Mick
how much to get in with no car? if i can bum a ride with someone from omaha i might be intrested in going tim
I'll be there setting up our booth and bringing down the newly finished '34. We had a blast last year and been looking forward to the cars and tunes. Warbozz dont sell out before I get there, A spark plug and some door handles will make a nice addition to my collection.
