Horn shaft must be caught down at the carnage. Should pull straight out. Was it torched and some slag is holding it?

Thanks Alchemy ,,it was torched off ,I just ground the slag off and put a long punch through the shaft to the back side of the horn button and whacked it good with my ball peen hammer and still nothing gives

  4. Isn't it like other Ford's of that era? Remove the horn button by pushing it in and turn it left - counterclockwise.
