I got them at a swap meet, I didn't ask what they were for. They are kinda short, not sure if I like them or not.

Looks very neat. I'm getting plenty of ideas for my Tudor "rebuild"
Is the rear of the frame stock besides the cross member?

The rear of the frame is stock, just cut off at the crossmember.
