Yep we'll be there in the gr*** having the best time. Friday night we are celebrating Atch's birthday at Buckinghams. Sat. night we usually have a shindig as well at our house, but not sure if doing it or not this year. A little bit of a drive for everyone. MissyD (wife and secretary)
Yes of course we will be there. Usually we are along the south fence near the east end on friday. We need to visit some more on our activity for the HAMB Drags. I have been thinking again. I will be wearing levis and a hot rod T shirt and I will have a cold adult beverage in my hand. Should be easy to spot me. John

Saturday and Sunday we are usually at the top of the hill on the south side of fairgrounds by the large oak tree. About the center of the south side right on the edge of the asphalt. We will have shade and a place for everyone to take a break. Stop by and visit. I will be driving the "Johnny's Speed Shop" truck. John

Nick32vice; ha ha ha ha; love it; nick isn't old enough to have picked up (m)any vices yet. sam & john & their "bunch" usually hang out over on the south side where they said above. BenD (25? T highboy pickup), visor, 26t (fender'd blue 26 T and fender'd black 28 A sedan), 37express (fender'd blue 37 ford pickemup truck), ducktail (black 32 highboy coupe) , i (clarence), my friend ed who ocaisionally lurks (prolly in the little gray english ford prefect that was at sk500), and maybe trailer ed will be over on the north side; a hundred yards or so west of the swap meet. we usually arrive springfield around noon and get to the fairgrounds by 1:00 or 2:00. if any of you see the group above please stop in and say hi. i've also seen monkey there; denise; jimc; and i'll remember some others as soon as i hit the send ****on. 26t's son now has his leaarner's permit so the son and the wife will be coming down in the t and 26 will bring the a sedan. nick has a 32 vicky. why couldn't my father have been a gearhead? my dad finally let me buy a car when i was 17 but i couldn't get anything with actual horsepressure 'til i was older. i had to settle for a corvair. oh, well. anyway, see y'all there...
