Awesome roadster

 

It sure is a Blast I love this ride, still more to do when I get spare money in, you all know how that goes, not a show car, just a Hot Rod in the era I like.

 

Hope to go to some shows but mines not a show car, it has cracks in paint and some dings here and there but- thats how I like it, I dig all Hot Rods but especially 1940's style as I grew up in the UK by the American Air bases, thats where I got my influence from, built in memory of my dear Mom who passed 3 years ago.

 

Thank you, its never finished but I love to the look, it keeps changing little by little , and thats the fun thing about Hot Rodding, its an ever creating hobby.

 

Cheers John, love everyone's rides on here and always gives me inspiration , look forward to seeing a few photos of everyone rides at some point, shame we are all so far apart as it would be fun to have a dirt frags here in Calif.

 

Hoping everyone is having a Great Thursday, not long until the weekend and you can have fun with your ride, I also run a page Flatheads Forever on FB if ya ever want to say hello there too, sure hope we can get a dirt drags meet up here in So Cal one day and have everyone from the states attend, but distances are so far.

 

The Rain stopped so maybe I can take the A-Bone out a little later as Blue skies are calling.

 

Nice, clean roadster, sorta like the effect of the frame aprons on a hiboy with the "A" frame.

Mine is a similar build as yours and had the jumping out of 2nd issue. After pulling the trans, turns out to be a bad second gear, worn synchros and a worn snout on the output shaft......putting all the fixes in tomorrow.
