Technical 1949 Lincoln door handle

I am reinstalling door handles on 1949 Lincoln and need a pattern to predrill the mounting holes. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for looking. Phone number is 8703656080

 

If it is helpful I could post a pic of the handle on my 51 Cosmo for placement detail.
Knowing that might help you establish the hole locations.

Thanks a bunch. Could you give me some measurements where the holes are.

 

If I’m not mistaken the attachment hole for the other end of the handle is about 4- 4 1/2 inches toward the front of the car. The larger hole in the photo is where the ****on on the handle lines up.
