I'm pissed off.. Cos once again....... Dave gets ****ed over by work & CAN'T go........ I have Friday, Sunday & Monday off, but can I get Saturday?? **** no.... Yeah, I'm pissed off, but what should I expect from them......***holes.... And if I call in sick (got plenty of sick time) I won't get paid for Mondays Holiday Day as it the 'rule book' it says you have to be in work the day BEFORE a holidy if you are scheduled.....so despite me having Sunday off, I still won't get paid..... And yes, I am looking for a new job at the mo!! Sorry for the rant..... If your going, have a ball & get LOTS of pictures.
Won't give me a vacation day on a holiday weekend...... Trust me, we almost had to cancel Viva Las Vegas due to there corporate ***holes, so I know all the angles to try, I eventually went over the bosses head to a manager to get VLV time off.... I'm pretty much resigned to the fact we ain't going now..... We were originally gonna go Friday-Sunday, but last week gave up our hotel for a fellow HAMB'er to use as we decided to just do Saturday..... Oh well..... There's always next year....and the Strangers BBQ...and The Asphalt Invitational....and Billetproof....
Dave sorry to hear it mate, i guess the manager needs a lube job on his car sometime.......might just get a slip of the old grinding paste in that carefully mixed formula, hahahahaha..... **** 'em. We hafta schedule all of our vacation by March 1st. I schedule mine for all the major events whether we go or not. Just in case.

That is one of the many reasons I became self employed. Show or something else come up I want to attend, the closed sign hangs on the door. Course, having the money to go may be a different story....that's what they make Visa cards for. Gene

I don't know how far Campbell is, but Sunday has about 70% attendance (500 bad*** cars) from Saturday (sure better than NOTHING). So go right after work on Saturday, party at all the little motel parking lots, the bowling alley, and hit the park Sunday. Pretty happening last year on Sunday. If you don't think about Saturday, Sunday Paso's still better than most shows

Campbell and San Jose are joined at the ***! Agreed on Sunday in Paso. I don't understand on why more people don't hang out? We usually stay until at least 2:00 or 3:00 and then take off down the road.
