Hot Rods Front suspension options

Im working on a cheap *** build.. , use what i have..or parts i get for free (or almost free).
I want to decide on front suspension before i weld the frame together, and need some help from you guys..
I want to use an Anglia axle that i have, split (stock) Anglia radius rods, and hopefully coilovers. I have a bunch of various coilovers that can be used.
Bad idea?
If not, whats my best mounting options for the bottom end of the coilovers? Weld brackets to the axle? Drill hole and bolt in axle? Weld tabs on radius rods? Spring perch bolt?

 

Find cheap buggy spring before the cheap welds or holes fail you.
