Almost forgot these. Drawn on the day at the Adelaide Low Brow Luau- Ash's '32, Moondog's banger. Other prints went to auction.

 

Came across this sign while organizing and packing artwork to be moved into storage. One of my original laser cut creations with a little wear and tear(2008). Better hanging on a wall in your garage than in a box in my storage unit. So here goes, I'll use the post number for original art entries to this weeks FAS as raffle numbers and pick a winner. The winner, if they want it, just needs to provide a shipping address.







Getting rid of a lot more pieces. If your in the Seattle area and want some cardboard pieces send me a PM.

Work in progress (some work left on engine, window and wheel). My second try at a car/ hot rod. To the highest degree still learning to paint and draw. This is a ink drawing/painting. Pretty happy this far (I have a couple more hours to go)

Hello,
Last week, I attempted to draw the Jim Miles', 34 Ford 3 window, Fuel Altered Coupe for drag racing. But, later, I wanted to make the 34 three window into a street driven hot rod for cruising So Cal back in the old days. After redrawing the red coupe, it was through a simple computer mistake (or glitch) in moving the image from one page to another page, after making the changes for preserving the file. (Draw, scan to 600dpi, copy/save to word file, save to a computer file for posterity)

I came across this image that would have been a good candidate for the “Reflections” page. Somehow, the “GLITCH” image switched to an upside down shot and sat right below the original image.

The newly redrawn image was supposed to be a street driven, RED 1934 Ford coupe cruising around Bixby Knolls. The Ford Coupe could have been in the A/Gas cl*** at the drags or A/F cl*** at a Bonneville Race Event, too. But, reading about the many rained out events in Utah and seeing the race car photos sitting in various wet spots or puddles, it fit the moment.

The Altered Coupe is just sitting around in a puddle on the salt lake, waiting for the clean up and long trek home to So Cal.

Here's a render I did by cutting various pieces from a few different photos, then drawing/coloring over the top of them to create the finished art in Photoshop. Beach rods are always cool but that sand goes everywhere!

I justed checked back, to see how the F.A.S.was doing. WOW! I think this week may be one of the best weeks ever! Too many really cool one's to mention everyone. So a {Thank you to Everybody!) I thought that I should add a photo with this post. So I took this one of an old old rusty toy truck. RON.....
