Where was this race team located?

 

Met the guy that got ahold of Pintas old Damn Yankee at the Meltdown this year. Told me all the history of it how he found it where he found it and the conversations he had with Dave about the car before he p***ed. I can’t remember the fellas name but he ended up selling it to someone else who is building it more modern and safer. Have doubts it will be built back to what it looked like. If any one has more info I’d like to hear. PM if ya do!!

I have a small Model Car Decal Business most everything I produce is for full bodied drag cars of the 60s I have never seen this Gas Ronda 63 Ford in this color before does anyone have more info or pictures of this car?
