Crazy, Ive been chopping a Ford cab over the past 2 days with a friend and used the same method almost exactly.
Dumb question but when you removed the rear roof corners, I noticed that you radiused them instead of just a square cut. I didn't do that. Did I make a week spot in the roof or some other disaster by not radiusing my corners?
Thanks alot and awesome thread as always.

Thanks for the great build thread. I learned a lot reading this one. All of your great techniques and explanation will go a long way to assisting in my own project.

    Do a book some day.

  9. This thread shows why proper planning, skills, and realizing the potential of a finished product can, and will achieve the desired end result.

On the other hand, it also shows how it pays in the end, to leave certain things to the professionals, if you don't possess those skills.

Thanks for sharing your expertise, very informative.

Great thread, awesome work. I received a gift of a 38-39 truck minus frame, bed, and rear fenders...... so I will be watching this build for a lot of info. Post updates when you can
Thanks for posting what you have

    Hi Guys

Yes it has been a while -- Alex has been busy working on other projects and I have been busy with the Flatcad team so this project has been on hold, but, Alex and I have agreed to make it happen this year ! So stay tuned for progress
