1952-59 Ford Vendors/parts for sale

I always pretty much trusted the guys On this site very pretty straight up guys , Most the guys have dealt with are.
I contacted one about a door, on a listing that Had been listed/posted for quite sometime , been talking to him for about three weeks I realize everybody gets busy and are not going to get right back to you but I just contact him again and he sold both doors to another guy this past Friday!
you would think that you would have,
at least been the guy in the front Running, “first come, first served” but apparently not.
Tends to leave a bad taste in your mouth

 

The question is did you commit to buy - did you leave a deposit?? If not, in my opinion you have no claim on it. If he told you that they were yours and then sold them, then you got a beef. First come, first served means the first to come up with the dinero gets the service.

Replied back 10/26- no response
Texted 2 days later again no response
Texted today... sold response

 

He should have at least answered your previous messages instead of leaving you hanging

 

It is frustrating. I've been communicating with three different sellers and all were slow to no response. Facebook and texting is too easy to ignore. I tried to buy some hay through face book and got no response. Waited a day or so as to not be pushy, but then I got mad and asked them why didn't you respond to my post?
Their answer was that they were covered up with messages. I replied,yes, I was one of them and early too.
Just too easy to take the highest bidder etc.
