Isn't that Lloyd's Hemi powered 27 Touring across the street ?

I think that belonged to another couple from Kelso whose names I have forgotten. I'd have to dig thru my old pics to see if there are a few others from that trip. Went back to St. Paul twice with Lloyd, and I'm sure he took the roadster pickup the first time. The old memory isn't what it used to be.

Found another picture that showed 3 of the cars from that trip, and I believe that is Lloyd's car in the other pic, and on the right in this one. The other Touring is the people from Kelso. The '34 Roadster was mine.

Thanks for posting the pics, Lloyd and his wife ran both the touring and roadster pickup at the Oldies Drags at Woodburn, I have a video of both.

Seems like the "other couple " was Denzil Parrish,
ironic: Lloyd died, Denzil died, now Dallas..

Dallas worked his **** off on the roadster PU, then sold it to a person in Texas,
Very shortly after that, the new owner called and ask if he had another cause that one burned up in a horrible garage fire !!

I knew who Denzil was, but don't think they were the other couple that went with us. One of these days their names will pop in my mind.

The guy in the foreground taking a picture of the 3 cars is Gary Pentland. He and Linda were on that trip.

Do you think it MIGHT been Jim and Charlotte Bryant?

Those names don't ring a bell. Seems like it was a new car and they had some issues with it, but it made the trip OK.

I was still around in '91, but I sure don't recognize profile, was it black or dark blue?
