I am open to making more if anyone needs any. I am not sure on price but I’d also be willing to trade for parts thanks

Looks good. Out of curiosity does it need all those waves in there? Couldn't you just make a wedge looking shape?

Yeah you don’t need that many curves but I made them to look as close to stock as possible. I personally like to make my repairs like it never happened. But that’s just personal preference

As I've heard said many times.....Ford spent many millions on engineering for a reason, why disregard what they came up with. It would take an engineer to explain it, but the part as designed that Dave replicated, is much stronger than a "straight wedge" as far as stress disper*****t and load capacity are concerned. Consider the underside of a unibody...........wouldn't be very strong if everything was flat and straight. Aside from that, appearance would be just wrong, but I guess still better than rusty.

I decided I only wanted to cut out what I needed to cut because I wanted to keep as much of the original metal as possible. I am using ems floor panels. I will also be cutting it to fit.

Looking sharp. Welding those new panels to the old metal can be tricky sometimes.
Hey, before welding the new panels in, take the time to prep the under side of the remaining old panels for finishing when you are done. I'm at it right now and it is way harder, cause I got lazy, didnt do it in time. Just wanted the car finished so I could drive it.
