A buddy of mine just sold his '47 sedan ..but he picked up a '47 coupe! This is the only pic I have because he no sooner got it in the garage than it snowed.. Will give him time to personalize it!

this is my 46 ford coupe, 350 v8, 350 trans parallel rear springs, stock front. have had for 2 years . Still looking for history on it.

 

Trying to determine the amount of chop on the 48 Long Door Coupe I inherited , what is the measurement in the middle of the Door window opening on a Stock height Coupe Door ?

 

I'm going with a stock axle too, do you know what else is used on the front?

 

I have the original springs ,axle.. I replaced the shock mounts and tube shocks. brakes. My car came to me already with a front disc conversion. Just haven't taken time to determine bolt pattern or wheel type.

 

Sits sits pretty nice for a stock front end.

 

Measured 12" away from wing window chrome, about 13 3/4"

hey what tail light lenses did you put in these bumper guards? dig em man!

 

anyone know what taillights these are molded into the bumper guards?

 

generally lights in the bumper guards are custom made lenses

 

yeah that's what I have found but man I dig em! I need some!

Thanks mate .....I made them from red transparent perspex with a difuser glued to the inside

do you think i could see a pic of the back side of them? no rush just when you get a chance maybe?!

 

I thought I had some on my phone but cant find them and the car is at the shop getting the chop finished up. Once I get it back, I'll take a few pics for you
