still runs today. owned by Roy Creel, lakester in the background showing rear fenders to run streamliner was built by Ken Walkey. I think it put Roy in the Bonneville 200 MPH club with V4 highly modified Ford Banger. This photo is from the 80's.

Nothing would be as cool as a vintage Bonneville car.

Yes sir! From 1961-1971... But I was born in Italy... We did some traveling when I was a youngster.... My little sister was born at Port Kembla hospital, N.S.W. in '66... I still remember that... :)

Looks like a NZ police symbol on the door and definitely NZ state houses in the background.

I have always thought the '57 Ford was a good looking car. (A lot better than the '58 and '59 Fords) If I remember correctly they actually outsold '57 Chevys.
These cars rusted bad enough out of water let alone submerging part of it in the water;)

    From Bangkok Dean

This first one was owned, built and raced by Ralph Poirier and at the time worked at Tasca Ford and part of the Drag racing team there. He then was Crew Chief on bob Tasca III top alcohol funny car.
