1963 olds f-85

    I just picked up this 63 f-85. I am stoked to be able to get this one.
    I am looking for front and rear shock absorber info. This should crossover to 1961-63 Buick skylarks/specails/pontiac tempest. There has to be a crossover. I am thinking a 1st gen nova might fit the rear. I have not looked at the front yet.
    The person who had this installed shock extenders on the rear to lift it To be honest it scares the **** out of me to look at the front. It handels like **** b
    They only made these for 3 years and then the rest is history,442's,GTO's ,Grand Sports

    Oreillys website has a list of compatible vehicles on most of their parts that seems accurate. It would be a quick way to get started.

    Kyb is a good budget shock or for rough roads otherwise i like bilsteins. Check out hellwig to see if they make a rear sway bar or anti roll bar. That will vastly improve the handling and make the car handle bumps better.

    Nope nothing on hellwig but thank you.
    I just find these odd ball cars I think thats the fun looking for parts or I need to up my meds again?
