That things killer, i can't wait to start ripping in to my '55, it's my daily right now but everything except paint is stock. What are you using for a shifter for the new ******, were you able to hook it up to the stock column one or did you poke a new one through the floor.

Its still got the stock shifter, I just made a new swing arm on the ****** to meet up to the stock linkage rod. I can't manually drop it down into first or second, just P R N OD D but thats all I ever use anyway. I may someday trim out the slot in the column to let arm swing further.

    Quesiton,

Any pics on how you set up the front bags. Any mods? What bags did you use?

    Thank you,
    Kevin

    Love the Caddy wheel covers...

Now you are making me want to drop my '56 Coupe DeVille. I've never driven a bagged car before, though

All I had to do to the front was trim alittle of the spring pocket out, make upper and lower cups and relocate the shocks to the outside of the control arms. I have pics of the cups but are on another computer, so I just snapped this one. Oh yeah, the front bags are Firestone 2500s and the rears are Slam Specialties 2800s.

Here is alittle update on the olds. I found some Duplicolor rattle can paint that matched the green pretty well so I shot some on the bottoms of the fenders. I like it so much better now, it makes it look a little more complete untill I sand her down this winter.
