I do remember this famous Ford powered Aussie drag car mate!...Apparently he bought it for $10

Lots of history at the Uluru hillclimb. TV coverage was allways great, even though it was in black & white. Finally closed down after the greenies complained that the racing affected the waterfalls.

I remember going for a run with my Uncle in his 59 Chevy years ago,I don't know what was wrong with it but there was lots of smoke coming from the rear tyres
