Fixing all the problems i created for myself by ***embling 34 rails with 32 spreader bars. Basically front and rear axles are in the right place for the 34 wheelbase.

Next step was to modify the re-purposed Walker radiator mount it and the grille and build back from there.

Lots of cab tweaking and shimming and a reluctent trim on the hood to make all the gaps match and look right and i threw some bolt in to make the location official.

Set the motor and trans back in and realized I was going to have to recess the firewall after all. Little nip, little tack. Start on motor mounts and decide i don't like the look of what I'd planned so my ADD kicked in and moved back to work on the cab floor so I could mock up dash/seat and steering.

What I learned is that I'm too fat to fit comfortably with the added depth of the 40 dash--sadly. But that's hown it goes sometimes. [IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG]

Been wrestling with the transmission tunnel far too long. Trying go find the best way go preserve the limited foot space and not have to re-engineer the brake pedal placement. Think I've finally got a handle on it. I'm not totally happy but i think it'll do. 20181126_171443.jpeg
