Ever drop a bolt while working on your car and can't find it? Apparently they have a secret club house under the signal light....

up, but mind do not hide all together. they drop into spots never to be seen again.
it goes along with the fact that a tool you are curently using and manage to drop ends up under the vehicle, dead center, the most difficult spot to reach.
I got a long magnet on a stick for this problem.
The runaway tools will NOT foil my efforts ! ! !

That's quite a variety of stuff. But it's been collecting for 62 years.

My son was taking one of the vent screens off my '59 and out pops a new heater hose bracket. Some ***embly line humor to induce an annoying rattle.

True story or urban legend? A guy buys a brand new Lincoln Town House back in the 70s and immediately notices a strange knocking sound every time he takes a corner. Back to the dealer he goes. The dealer hears it but can't pinpoint the source. The guy goes to another dealer, etc., etc. Finally they localize it to a rear quarter panel. After major surgery by the body shop they find a nut hanging from a string inside the quarter panel. Attached to the string is a note that says "So, you finally found it, you rich SOB".

If your gonna drive a town house around, I would think it would make lots of noise.

Maybe even a bourbon legend? I think most of them were bravo sierra.

There was a local shop I know that bought a car from a police auction, they would buy them and flip them. For some reason a door panel had to come off and they pulled out a brick of white powder. Then they pulled all the door panels but that was all they found. For fear of losing the car if they reported it, they disposed of the white powder down the toilet.
