FYI, this car is not an "impulse" buy in winter, it is a total restoration that I commissioned in June. But thanks for your input.

To the others who have responded here, I thank you VERY much. Through your help I have been able to arrange timely shipping with a very reputable individual.

 

If you had a total vehicle restotation undertaken in June - that means it was done in six months - must be quite a well staffed shop to turnaround a complete restoration that quickly.

Sounds like a considerable financial investment.
