My boy called me a few hours ago, said it was nuts. Cars everywhere and people were burnin out in the streets. bastard...
I just wish we had enough traditional and custom cars to have a run like this. Damn backwater country. Doc.
Here are a couple that I took......Muttley is was cool meeting you and seeing another member. I didnt meet any other HAMBers.
It got me a little misty eyed when he called. Dan Collins truck just flat made me sick to my stomach, It's awesome!!!
I'm a dork.... I posted a blog on MySpace with a bunch of paso pics. (sorry for the big photos, I haven't resized them yet) http://blog.myspace.com/natedeville check 'em out
Here you go 81TTOP there were a lot of these trucks this year. "BOBBERS" or whatever has been decided there name is. I wasn't super into this style but in my search for an A truck all I could afford was a 37. So I'm gonna build one.
I gotta post this pic When I go to Paso I look for a bare metal car with leadwork. Paul Bragg always brings one of his projects and they are always amazing. He's the best, I look forward to seeing his work every year.
Thats my story also. Figured no-one likes this model and parts are cheep so I could build it. Seems wide 5's and barrel nose grills have doubled in price in the past year or so. I guess late thirtys Ford trucks are the new model A's huh. Looking at the 38's above, all my ideas have been used so I'm gonna be a copy cat just cause I wasn't first. But that's all right cause I don't care. Thanks for those photos.
