Hot Rods Huge VA Vintage Salvage Yard thread???

Discussion in 'The Hokey Ass Message Board' started by Mac the Yankee, Dec 19, 2018.

  1. I'm trying to find an older thread about a large salvage yard with vintage cars in Virginia- anyone remember that thread?

I don't remember the tread, but there's a old yard on 360 in King William Co. Half way between Richmond and Tappahanock. Is that the place?

Leon's has changed a lot in the last 10 years. he has cleaned a lot of the totally wasted stuff out. still lots of 50's and 60's cars there. if you go to Leon's you have to be there at 8 am when he opens the gate, he will close the gat between 830 an 9 am and nobody else gets in that day. its just so big, that people get lost and take forever to get back. and he is stuck there till you return. On Sat you have to be there at 8 am he closes the gate at 830 and then locks you in the yard till noon when he comes back and you pay for your parts. always had good prices on stuff there. and he has some real good stuff throughout the yard.

  7. Jason, thanks for the heads up!
