i seen that you guys dont like bagged hotrods so i figured i better show you mine here it is it is my first build and i am 15 years old the body has had the roof chopped off and the cowl sectioned down and the whole cab has been sectioned 4 inches plans for it are to get it driving and get a carson top for it the bags were kind a requirement for my parents cause i have to be able to drive this thing since it is my first car and i like em low
oh yeah those arent my tires i am getting bias plys for the front and back and i was planning on getting slicks but changed my mind when i seen the price
Very refreshing to see young people who want something cool as their first car....should be a wild one...keep us posted.
I would say you're guaranteed to have the coolest ride at school... Keep us posted, looks great already!
Can you imagine the look on your dates parents faces when you show up to pick her up for prom in that! Priceless. Mark
I wish my parents made me put bags on my first car!! Looks like it will be a fun car to drive, thats for sure.
I love it. So low you can grind Windshield posts!!! Trucks with knobbys are cool. Maybe looking those Bias Knobbys. The chevy cabs apparently make good RPU's. I had to go out and take a gander at mine to see what it looked like. Stood back and did the hand out in front of ya covering the roof. I may have to find another cab and build two at the same time!!! Keep the pics comin, its looking good.
I'll be glad when the "extremly low" cars are out of style. However it is good to see young people intrested in the hobby.
You're going to get all the chicks! Despite someone's signature on here though... "Kustoms are for gettting girls, HOT RODS are for getting rid of them!" Fortunately for you though that doesn't necessarily apply to all girls (self included!)! Looking great, keep us posted!
maybe i'm wrong, and i'm sure more than one person will correct me but if you plan on doing a lot of driving you may want to stay away from bias ply's and get radials. bias plys have a tendency to ride loud and will follow any groove on the road. radials are a little more suitable for day to day driving. sick ride BTW.
yeah but i like the way that bias plys look and everyone has told me that ther not the best but i guess ill figure that out on my own plus i already got them and my wheels showed up today
yeah but i need to channel it a little more in the front so it is level with the ground caus it is about and inch higher in the front right now
whats wrong with low cars? i drove lowrider trucks for a long time. to me it only seems right to skim along inches above the pavement. i just cant figure out how to go low and keep my rumble seat.
going for the g***er stance huh? just kidding man that is a *****in truck. i wish my first car was that cool haha
