Well hopefully my reply is not so sexist as to piss off Ryan, and hopefully the girls (as in female) on here know THEY don't count; But you guys are like a bunch of fuckin' women!!! I think I should auction off some fuckin Kotex or somethin'!

I am not usually inclined to "me too" on posts like this, but Ryan's point is well taken; its about the cars.

I belong to a Mustang club here in Montgomery. A while before I joined, they added a historical symbol to their club logo, which has nothing to do with Mustangs or Fords. For some folks, its a symbol of regional pride; but for others, it has racist overtones.

Montgomery is still a very racially divided city. I know of some potential members who would not join this club because of this historical symbol. There are a few of us who are working on the members to adopt something more politically neutral, such as the state flag, as part of the logo. The focus of this club should be on the cars, not on politics or race.

There are other forums elsewhere for politics and all the rest of it.
