I never professed to be a movie critic but I know what I like and have always enjoyed the old B movies for what they were, a time when the cars, girls and the occasional monster made for cheap cheesy entertainment, sorry but this short missed the mark with this old fart. HRP

Cute.........Loved both hot rods. It always amazes me though that someone can make a "hot rod" movie and refer to a Model A Coupe as a Roadster. I mean if this were an intentional faux pas written in for the little guy, why didn't the owner correct him instead of repeating it.? Fun to watch, hard to take very seriously. To your credit, Ryan, you did warn us.
weak at best. you would think at the very least they would have cleared the modern cars out of the background shots. and found a 40 without tilt wheel.....

Just doesn't hold a candle to the old black & white B movies, the hot rods in this movie is what inspires many of us to this day. As the old saying goes, when this movie was made I was just a *****le in my daddy's eye! and it's stood up to the test of time. HRP
I liked it. But I also like, fart'en, whoppy cushions, ****ies, and put'en baseball cards in my spokes. I'd give it 2 thumbs up. Cos that's all I've got.

Yeah, after seeing that in the opening scene, you pretty much knew what you were in for! Good intentions, just a little sloppy with the execution. Gotta give the guy credit for trying something in that style.
I just thought of something nice to say........... The twins actually had the beginnings of acting chops. That's all I've got that's "nice".
