Projects chevy ii gasser project

Picking up 63 Chevy ii this week end , real solid with fresh 327. Will have strait axle and ladder bar suspension, more updates to follow

 

I'm thinking replacing that scrawny four lug rearend would come before thinking about ladder bars.

I like g***ers, but cutting up a nice looking car like that doesn't seem right. Not all p***ers need straight axles.

 

Already have ford 9” ready to go in, this car is going to striped to bare shell , pictures are deceiving car is a 30 footer but has good bones.
