The ones you saw on show cars were nearly all fake, as the costs for actually having one were high. Plus you needed a FCC license...

I remember back in the 80's right after the car was restored, and Larry was at the Toledo ,Ohio Auto Rama , to see his old car, he told me he boxed the whole interior and sent it on a greyhound bus, and had Gaylord do his interior, when he had his car built.
